Yasin Malik on Monday expressed their gratitude to the people of state for
observing shutdown against the incessant braid chopping incidents, saying
that this has served a clear message to miscreates that they can't cow down
our aspirations or break our resolve.

You can't try our patience as history stands witness that we inherit the
bravery from our ancestors and one of brave heart and great warrior Mohammad
Bin Qassim, while responding to a call of a supressed sister, came to her
rescue, said JRL in their joint statement.

This is a serious and sensitive issue and we will never tolerate this
humiliation, said JRL and added that those responsible for these inhuman and
silly moves, shall have to stand answerable for their devilish act.

The honour and dignity of our mothers, sisters and daughters is at stake and
it is unbearable for us, said they.

We will never tolerate their sinister designs against women folk as since
past 70 years we have presented unapparelled sacrifices, said resistance
leaders and added that we are facing militarily a strong country and however
its deceitful policies couldn't break our resolve as we are determined to
follow our mission with zeal and dedication.

Appealing people, the JRL asked to focus on right to self-determination
movement and urged to reject and resent all follies propounded by these
occupational forces.

While commenting over present turmoil, the JRL said that we should evolve a
system so as to keep a close vigil over miscreates and while dealing with
such appalling situations, should never ignore life and honour of those
suspected, added JRL.

in society and will benefit only our enemies.

Reiterating their appeal for TRC Chalo on October 14, against mysterious
braid chopping, attempts to alter state subject law, arresting resistance
leadership, traders, scholars, lawyers, students by NIA, the JRL said that
it should serve a message to world community that we will never succumb to
pressure nor will tolerate the deceit and follies propounded by authorities
in New Delhi.

We will continue our struggle for right to self-determination and against
India's forced and military occupation, added JRL, saying that we will never
allow their sinister designs to subdue our will and determination .
